One thing that struck me on my travels across London and beyond looking at the AW collections, deep plums are everywhere. Soft and succulent on the outside with a stone in the middle. Makes me want to eat one! Kate Moss photographed by Mario Testino is pictured in the coveted US Vogue Sep issue is a fabulous romantic plum wedding dress.
Plum reminds me of rich and gothic winter nights, cosy log fires and cold dark evenings and stone castles. Our wonderful Biba purple and emerald freshwater pearl necklace (pictured next to Kate) perfectly captures this fantastic trend.

Everybody’s starry eyed…Mirabelle in Marie Claire Sep issue
Mirabelle’s star is on the rise and featured in September’s coveted issue of Marie Claire where our very own Biba chain necklace in Labradorite starred in the My Style 9-5 section by Jasmine Sevan.
Anne Hathaway is pictured in this issue in a Dolce & Gabbana starry top which is a look that I predict is about to burst forth meteor style in the fashion stakes this winter. Expect starry constellations to follow shortly all over the High St.
