If you need to return an item, please contact us
All our Mirabelle pieces are guaranteed for 1 year from the original purchase date (with proof of receipt). If you have any problems with an item within the guaranteed period, please Contact Us providing your original order number and outlining the repair issue.
Please ensure that your returns are sent back in the condition that you receive them in, with the original packaging.
Mirabelle will not accept returns of any earrings that have been worn or have had their hygiene tags (applicable for certain earrings) removed. This is for hygienic reasons.
Mirabelle is not liable for any lost pieces unless faulty.
Products must be sent back within 14 days of receipt (UK and International deliveries).
Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
Mirabelle overseas customers
can still return their items within 14 days on receipt of product.
To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service such as FedEx, DHL and UPS to return your items to us*.
Once we’ve received your return we’ll send you an email with an update. Returns are usually processed within seven working day, although this may vary during busy periods. Refunds will be issued to the original account used at purchase; this will be marked on your bank statement as Mirabelle Please note that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded for shipments outside the EU.
In the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us to resolve how we can processed with your return. We currently do not offer a return service for customers who have changed their minds.
Mirabelle cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service.
