If you are a consumer based in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please complete the form below. Once submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. We will process your withdrawal request and be in touch within 2 business days.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please also note that earrings, pierced jewellery, personalised items, sale items and gift cards are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
