Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer based in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us before the 14-day period expires at retail@mirabellejewellery.co.uk.

Once we receive your returned item in good condition, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 10 business days. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items The right of withdrawal and our returns policy do not apply to:

Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Personalised or custom-made items
Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at retail@mirabellejewellery.co.uk.

Returns Please send returns via Royal Mail or another tracked service, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. No return form is required — simply send your item to:

Shipping fees are non-refundable for UK orders, except where the right of withdrawal applies (standard delivery costs are refunded for UK and EEA withdrawal returns).

Custom duties & taxes For international orders (outside the UK & EU), customs charges may apply upon arrival and are payable by the recipient. These vary by country — we recommend checking your local import rules before ordering, as we are unable to calculate exact customs fees.
